By using the website "www.groworks.co.uk" and purchasing products or services on it, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

General

GroWorks may change or withdraw any part of www.groworks.co.uk at any time without notice.

GroWorks may also terminate this agreement and immediately remove, cancel or suspend access to and use of www.groworks.co.uk upon breach of any part of these terms whatsoever.

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and GroWorks and may only be amended in writing.

By purchasing, you agree that all details you provide to GroWorks for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered.

To purchase goods from this website you must first register and choose a username and password. You are responsible for all actions taken under that username and password and shall only use the site under your own username and password. You may not transfer or sell your username to anyone, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. GroWorks reserves the right to cancel or suspend any accounts without notice.

Due to the nature of the internet there may be interruptions to services or website availability due to repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new services. We will naturally try to minimise these instances and strive to avoid any "down-time/outage".

GroWorks may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

In the result of any waiver in respect to our terms we reserve the right to hold all terms relevant in the future.

Purchasing

Once your order has been placed and completed online you will be sent an automated e-mail confirmation of your order. This e-mail is generated by the website and does not mean that we can definitely meet your order. It simply confirms that your order and all relevant details were received and are progressing through our system.

GroWorks may cancel any order and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time without notice. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Every order is treated individually and will be processed as such.

All products and services are subject to availability. GroWorks endeavors to keep accurate stock levels of all of it's products, however there are certain items which are not held in stock at any time, when these such items are purchased they will be ordered in and your entire order sent once evrything has arrived. If items are out of stock and unable to be obtained, we will notify you and refund you for these items, then send the rest of the order out.

GroWorks are not able to control, or take responsibility for the actions of Customs and Excise. All packaging is discreet and no indication of contents is displayed, however if the items you have ordered are not in line with the laws in your area, you run the risk of customs interfering with your package. We are unable to help you in this situation.

Pricing & Payment

All prices seen are inclusive of VAT but not delivery costs, these will be calculated at checkout depending on what you order.

All payments are taken in GBP (UK pound).

Payment can be made via credit/debit card, PayPal or Bank Transfer.

Customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries where applicable. For more details on this please contact your local customs authority.

All orders must be paid for in full before any goods will be shipped. All products are subject to availability and remain the property of GroWorks until paid for in full.

GroWorks does not share any information (personal or financial) with any third party.

All credit/debit card details are encrypted using a secure ordering system. Your bank or credit card company may require security checks to validate your purchase. We do not store any of your credit/debit card details.

GroWorks may on occasion require a credit check for orders of a substantial nature or where insufficient details have been provided. This may result in your order being delayed until the checks can be completed.

On the very rare occasion of an error in the displayed pricing, your order being suspended until which time we can contact you via the methods provided. In the instance that we cannot contact you, we will render the order cancelled and all payment refunded as per terms and conditions.

Refunds

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return your goods to us for a full refund (excluding original postage costs) within 14 days of you receiving them. All items must be returned to us in a brand new and totally unused condition. If the item has been used or opened then we will not accept the return. Upon receiving your goods back we will issue a refund to you by the method in which you paid. Please ensure that you contact us before sending anything back so we can log the details as well as provide you with any information needed to process it. Any return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer.

All returns are the responsibility of the customer until they reach us.

Damages

If your package arrives and the product is damaged or does not function as it should you must report it to us within 48 hours otherwise we will be unable to deal with the matter.

You will be asked to provide evidence of the damages/fault or in some cases we may require the item to be returned to us. If the item is required to be sent back to us we will arrange collection of it via a courier at a time which is suitable for you. We advise to get this done as quickly as possible so we can get your replacements sent out.

Once we have received the evidence we require or the item back to us, your replacements will be sent out. If an item is reported as faulty but upon return of it we find it to be working you will be charged for the cost of returning the item as well as the new postage costs to send it back out.

Customer Comments

Users of this website may post reviews, comments, and general content via our community forums and galleries as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. Please note that any unpermitted content may be subject to review by GroWorks and consequently may be deleted and action taken against the offender.

Please also note that the community pages of www.groworks.co.uk, consisting of our forums and user galleries, are largely un-moderated. The comments and pictures posted there do not represent the views or beliefs of www.groworks.co.uk, staff or subsidiaries. All content is the responsibility of the individual poster.

All rights to the material are reserved. Copying, reselling or the commercial use of any content in this website is strictly forbidden without the express written permission of GroWorks. We will charge for any unauthorised use of the content on this website. For photographic or graphic images we will charge £200 per day (or part thereof) for each image. For text we will charge £10 per day (or part thereof) per word.
